発送のタイミング(Shipping Timeline)
オーダー確認後、通常3営業日以内に発送いたします。
在庫状況によりそれ以上の期間を要する場合は、受注より3日以内にその旨をメールにてお知らせいたします。
We typically ship within 3 business days after confirming your order.
If it takes longer due to inventory status, we will notify you via email within 3 days of receiving your order.

営業所止めにつきまして(Regarding Delivery to a Branch Office)
営業所止めをご希望の場合は備考の欄にご希望の営業所名を必ずご記入下さい。
「営業所止め希望」のみの記入ですと、こちらで一番近い営業所をお調べして指定致します。
その場合、お客様のご希望の営業所と違ってしまう場合がございますので、ご注意下さい。
If you wish to have your order delivered to a specific branch office, please be sure to enter the name of the desired branch office in the “Remarks” field.
If you simply write “Request pickup at a branch,” we will identify and designate the nearest branch for you.
Please note that in such cases, the branch may differ from the one you requested.

領収書につきまして(Regarding Receipts)
ご注文の際、備考の欄に【領収書希望】とご記入下さい。
発送後の郵送はお断りしておりますので、必ずご注文時にお知らせ下さい。
When placing your order, please write [Request Receipt] in the remarks field.
We do not send receipts by mail after shipment, so please be sure to let us know at the time of ordering.

長期不在、受取辞退等により商品が荷物に当店に引き戻しとなった場合、再送はせずにキャンセルとなりますのでお気をつけ下さい。
現在、長期不在や受取拒否が多発している為、当店で悪質と判断した場合次回からのお取り引きを控えさせて頂く場合がございますので、ご了承下さい。
Please be aware that if a package is returned to our store due to a long-term absence or refusal to accept delivery, the order will be canceled and will not be reshipped.
Due to the current high number of cases involving long-term absences and refusals to accept delivery, please understand that if we determine a customer’s behavior to be malicious, we may refrain from doing business with them in the future.

クレジットカード(Credit Cards)
ご注文手続きの際に、お客様のクレジットカード番号を入力して頂き、リアルタイムで決済処理を行います。この結果によってはクレジットカードでのお支払いをご利用できない場合もございます。海外発行されたクレジットカードはご利用いただけない場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your credit card number, and payment will be processed in real time. Depending on the outcome of this process, you may not be able to pay by credit card. Please note that credit cards issued overseas may not be accepted.

キャンセル・返品交換について

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

ご注文のキャンセルについて(Order Cancellations)
ご注文のキャンセルは弊社の都合により、お知らせした納期以内に商品をお届けできない場合を除き原則としてお受けしておりません。何卒ご了承ください。
As a general rule, we do not accept order cancellations, except in cases where we are unable to deliver the product within the specified delivery timeframe due to circumstances on our part. We appreciate your understanding.

返品・交換について(Returns and Exchanges)
商品の品質には万全の注意を払っておりますが、万が一配送中に下記のような事故が生じた場合、返品・交換を諸費用当店負担にて対応させていただきます。

・商品が破損/汚損していた場合
・ご注文と異なる商品が届けられた場合

以上のような理由により、返品・交換をご希望の場合は、商品到着後7日以内に下記までご連絡願います。
弊社よりご注文時に頂いているご連絡先へメールまたは電話にてご連絡差し上げます。
その際恐れ入りますが商品はお届け時の梱包状態で保存いただきますようお願いいたします。
ただし、完売品や生産終了品、限定品、受注生産品など、交換できない場合は商品代金ならびに振込手数料の返金とさせていただきます。
We take the utmost care to ensure the quality of our products; however, in the unlikely event that any of the following issues occur during shipping, we will handle returns or exchanges at our expense.

- If the product is damaged or soiled
- If a product different from the one ordered is delivered

For the reasons stated above, if you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at the address below within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will contact you via email or phone using the contact information you provided at the time of your order.
In the meantime, we kindly ask that you keep the product in its original packaging as it was delivered.
However, if an exchange is not possible—such as for sold-out items, discontinued items, limited-edition items, or made-to-order items—we will refund the product price and any bank transfer fees.

クーリングオフについて(Regarding the Cooling-Off Period)
クーリングオフは、訪問販売に適用される制度です。当店の商品の販売は、お客様からアクセスいただく通信販売のため、クーリングオフ制度は適用されませんので予めご了承ください。
The cooling-off period is a system that applies to door-to-door sales. Please note that since our products are sold through mail-order, which you access on your own initiative, the cooling-off period does not apply.
